A cover story for National Geographic Food, shot at Bentley's Oyster Bar & Grill off Piccadilly. Within a matter of minutes, mid service, Richard had managed to create this amazing winter soup - injecting colour and taste off the scale to a few cups of chopped root vegetables and stock.
